AI Output is generated automatically and may not reflect the views of the Company.
5. Use of Telegram API
Certain features of the Services utilize the Telegram Application Programming Interface ("Telegram API") to enable messaging and related functionality.
The Services, to the extent they use the Telegram API, operate as part of the Telegram ecosystem.
Your use of Telegram-related functionality is subject to the applicable Telegram Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other policies published by Telegram, each as amended from time to time.
You agree to comply with all applicable Telegram requirements when using any Telegram-related functionality made available through the Services.
Certain functionality of the Services depends upon the availability, functionality and technical specifications of the Telegram platform. We may modify, suspend or discontinue Telegram-related functionality where necessary to comply with changes to the Telegram API, Telegram policies or applicable law.

The Services and any AI Output are provided for informational and general assistance purposes only.
The Services do not constitute:

7. User Content
7.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content, prompts, files, images, audio, text, or other materials you submit through the Services ("User Content").
7.2 License to Company
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:

• Store;
• Process;
• Reproduce;

• Analyze;

• Distribute;
such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, improving, and developing the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you possess all rights necessary to submit it.
8. AI Output Ownership
Subject to applicable law and your compliance with these Terms:
• You may use AI Output generated for you for lawful purposes.
• The Company does not guarantee that AI Output is unique.
• Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company assigns to you any rights it may have in AI Output generated specifically for your use.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property rights;
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others;
• Generate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract source code, models, or datasets;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• Generate content promoting violence, terrorism, exploitation, or illegal activities.
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.
10. Telegram Platform Requirements
Where you access or use any functionality of the Services that interacts with the Telegram platform, you acknowledge and agree that such functionality is dependent upon the Telegram API and is subject to Telegram's technical requirements and policies.
You agree that you shall not:
• interfere with, disable, circumvent or impair the normal operation of the Telegram platform;
• interfere with or alter Telegram's core functionality, including, without limitation:
• self-destructing or disappearing messages;
• message delivery mechanisms;
• read receipts;
• typing indicators;
• online or "last seen" status;
• message status information;
• any other native Telegram functionality;
• use the Services to perform actions on behalf of another Telegram user without that user's knowledge and express authorization;
• use the Services in any manner that violates the Telegram API Terms of Service, Telegram Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or any other Telegram policies applicable to your use of the Telegram platform;
• attempt to circumvent any technical limitations, access controls or security mechanisms implemented by Telegram;
• use the Services in any manner that could impair the integrity, security, stability or availability of the Telegram ecosystem.
The Company may restrict, suspend or discontinue Telegram-related functionality at any time if reasonably necessary to:
• comply with Telegram requirements;
• preserve the Company's access to the Telegram API;
• protect the integrity or security of the Services;
• comply with applicable law; or
• protect users or third parties.
11. Prohibited AI Uses
You may not use the Services for:
• Automated legal, medical, or financial decision-making without human review;
• Credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar eligibility determinations where prohibited by law;
• Surveillance activities in violation of applicable law;
• Creation or dissemination of unlawful deepfakes;
• Activities that could reasonably cause physical harm or significant economic harm.
12. Use of Telegram Data
Without limiting the foregoing, where the Services interact with the Telegram platform, you shall not use, access, collect, aggregate, export or otherwise process any data obtained from Telegram through the Services for the purpose of:
• training or retraining artificial intelligence systems;
• training or retraining machine learning models;
• fine-tuning foundation models or large language models;
• developing or improving generative AI systems;
• creating datasets intended for AI development; or
• any substantially similar purpose,
except where such use is expressly authorized by Telegram under its applicable terms and policies.
Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use Telegram-derived data in a manner prohibited by Telegram.
13. Subscription and Payments
Certain features may require payment.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
• Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise stated;
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date;

"Telegram," the Telegram name, the Telegram logo and other Telegram trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You shall not represent that your use of the Services is sponsored, endorsed or approved by Telegram unless expressly authorized by Telegram.

• Suspend access;
• Perform maintenance;
• Discontinue portions of the Services.

20. Telegram-Related Functionality
Certain features depend upon the Telegram API and the continued availability of Telegram services.
Accordingly, Telegram-related functionality may be modified, restricted, suspended or discontinued where necessary as a result of:
• changes to the Telegram API;
• changes to Telegram technical specifications;
• changes to Telegram Terms of Service or other Telegram policies;
• suspension or revocation of the Company's access to the Telegram API;
• legal or regulatory requirements; or
• technical or security considerations.
The Company shall not be liable for any interruption, modification, limitation or discontinuation of Telegram-related functionality resulting from actions, requirements or technical changes implemented by Telegram.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY;
• RELIABILITY;
• AVAILABILITY;
• SECURITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
22. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
• INDIRECT DAMAGES;
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
• SPECIAL DAMAGES;
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR AI OUTPUT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:
• YOUR RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT;
• INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS OR ERRORS IN AI OUTPUT;
• INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR USER CONTENT OR ACCOUNT;
• ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS;
• FAILURES, INTERRUPTIONS OR MODIFICATIONS OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, INCLUDING TELEGRAM;
• CHANGES TO, SUSPENSION OF OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO THE TELEGRAM API OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY APIS;
• INCOMPATIBILITY RESULTING FROM UPDATES TO THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE OR SERVICES; OR
• ANY EVENT BEYOND THE COMPANY'S REASONABLE CONTROL.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
• THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
• USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Telegram-related functionality or violation of any Telegram policies applicable to your use of the Services.
24. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, disable or terminate your access to all or any portion of the Services, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that:
• you have violated these Terms;
• you have violated applicable law;
• your activities create legal, regulatory or security risks;
• suspension is necessary to protect the Company, the Services, other users or third parties;
• suspension or termination is required by a court, governmental authority or other competent authority;
• suspension is necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend, restrict, disable or terminate your access to Telegram-related functionality, or terminate your account, where reasonably necessary to:
• comply with the Telegram API Terms of Service, Telegram Terms of Service or other Telegram policies;
• preserve, maintain or protect the Company's authorization to access or use the Telegram API;
• comply with requests or requirements communicated by Telegram concerning the Company's use of the Telegram API;
• prevent or remedy conduct that may interfere with the integrity, security or proper functioning of the Telegram platform;
• address any actual or suspected misuse of Telegram-related functionality.
You may discontinue your use of the Services and delete your account at any time in accordance with our Account Deletion Policy.
Termination or suspension shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the effective date of termination.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution, shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
